Aims and Scope:

The 2022 International Symposium on Semiconductor Manufacturing Intelligence (ISMI2022) and the 60^th Annual Meeting of Chinese Institute of Industrial Engineers (CIIE60) aims to provide a platform to foster the exchange of research developments and latest practice on intelligent manufacturing, circular economy, artificial intelligence, big data analytics, advanced equipment/process/quality control, future fab, digital sustainable supply chain, modeling and decision analysis for semiconductor manufacturing intelligence to address critFical research and industrial issues.

Paper submission:

Extended abstract and/or full manuscript not exceeding 6 pages in IEEE format should be submitted through EasyChair conference system (https://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=ismi2022) before July 31, 2022, while camera ready manuscript should be submitted before September 30, 2022. Special Issue for Post-Conference Publication:
